An alarm can easily be added to the Smart Brace that will alert the homeowner of the exact time of needed adjustment.  When the wall moves back in periods of minimal hydrostatic pressure i.e. drought like conditions the warning disc will drop thereby completing the circuit on two wires attached to a single alarm.  This will provide the homeowner with an adjustment precision that is not found in any other device.
