Our warranties for our waterproofing and repair products and services

 LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON WATERPROOFING: Contractor warrants and agrees to service any seepage of water through the areas waterproofed for the full life of the structure as follows:
a. Perimeter System (Four Walls): Contractor will repair cove and floor seepage
b. Partial System: (Less than Four Walls): Contractor will repair cove seepage only in the area serviced.
c. Warranty is transferable at no charge to a new homeowner.
d. Sump pumps and high water alarms shall carry a one year warranty.

LIMITED TWENTY-FIVE YEAR WARRANTY ON STRUCTURAL SUPPORT SYSTEMS. Contractor warrants and agrees to repair or replace any defects in materials and workmanship for structural supprt systems installed by Contractor for twenty-five years. Only areas serviced are covered by this warranty. If there is inward movement of the walls of one-half inch or more (other than that caused by flood , earthquake, extreme change in water table, alteration of the supports or other act of God), the Contractor agrees to repair or replace any defect in materials or workmanship. The warranty on structural support in not a waterproofing warranty.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON CRACK REPAIRS. Contractor warrants and agrees to service any water seepage through cracks in area serviced for the full life of the structure. The Owner is responsible for making the area accessible by removing any obstacles obstructing access to the area needing service. This warranty does not cover water seepage at the base of the floor and the wall caused by the hydrostatic pressure, nor does it cover movement due to lateral pressure, settlement or heaving. This warranty is transferable at no charge to new owner.
